How did you get into this sport?

Fitness has always been a passion of mine ever since I was a kid. Throughout the years I continued to educate myself on the topic and learn the most I could. I started off my career as an engineer and I worked in that field for a few years until my passion took over. That is when YS Fitness came to life.

I provide personal training sessions and online programs that are customized to suit each client's goals, body type, and lifestyle.

How long do you spend training per week?

I work out every day, and I try not to take days off unless it’s really needed. I allow days off only for certain occasions.

I don’t really stick to a specific time when I work out, but I make sure that the lifting part doesn't take more than an hour. I try to put in all I have every time I hit the gym.

Who do you look up to as a role model? 

A role model of mine is Greg Plitt. He was an American personal trainer and fitness guru.

Do you follow a certain dietary plan? Can you give some hints about it?

I’m on a diet most of the time. My diet only changes in that I increase my calorie intake during the off season, but I make sure that I am still consuming good calories. My diet is a balanced diet that contains all my macronutrients—proteins, carbs, fats and fibers.

What is your favorite exercise?

My favorite exercise is kettlebell cleans and snatches.

What is your dream?

My biggest dream is to pass the knowledge that I have acquired throughout the years and to bring international fitness standards to my clients as we're a bit behind in some regards.

I would also like to provide my clients with a space in which one can find everything that is fitness related in one place. I imagine a fitness hub where you can get trained, fed, and educated all in one place. I consider fitness a lifestyle.
